The community includes single, semi-detached and townhouse bungalows. Its Community Centre is exclusive to the owners of the properties in this community.
The owners are members of the BCCA (The Bungalows of Chaperal Community Association). The BCCA’s mandate is to foster a safe and friendly environment where members can socialize and have fun at various activities that they organize.
